Chapter 15 Sleepless Night
Chapter 15 Sleepless Night
Ravenclaw common room.
"I wonder who Senior Ryan will send invitations to?"
"I wouldn't even dare to dream of an invitation; I just hope that Senior Ryan's assessment criteria aren't too difficult."
At this point, someone interjected, "It's alright, Ryan's standards might not be difficult, just like he thinks the Hogwarts final exams are easy."
Upon hearing this, the entire audience erupted in groans of despair.
During the final exams at the beginning of his first year, Ryan, who came from the Kingdom of Scrolls and the era of the Scroll King, felt from the bottom of his heart that the questions were too easy and anyone could do them.
But they forgot that, apart from him, the other students were genuine eleven-year-old children, and eleven-year-old children learning in an educational environment at Hogwarts that was described as "happy education" and read as "free-range fools."
His classmates of the same age can't be said to know nothing, but they can be said to be completely clueless.
From that moment on, "Anyone can do it" became Ravenclaw's classic line for mocking other houses.
"Merlin, please let Senior Ryan be normal for once..."
"Penelope, do you think you can join...?" A Ravenclaw girl slumped weakly on the sofa. "I think I have no chance."
Penelope snorted, "I don't want to go."
"Huh?" The girl suddenly sprang up from the sofa, like a vulture spotting its prey, instantly bursting with energy, her eyes gleaming. She grabbed Penelope and said, "Something's up! On the train you were practically inseparable from Ryan..."
She deliberately dragged out the last few words.
Penelope blushed deeply, rolled over and pushed her down, repeatedly trying to cover her mouth.
"A piece of wood. What's so good about it!" Penelope said viciously, covering the mouth of the person opposite her.
The commotion quickly attracted the attention of the Ravenclaws.
"What's wrong?"
"Senior Penelope, do you think Senior Ryan will give us individual tutoring? Preferably one-on-one tutoring."
"Tutoring struggling students is the prefect's job." Penelope stood up, gathered her long hair that had been disheveled from the scuffle, and pulled the young wizard who had just asked the question in front of Pablo Pierce.
He then told the young wizard, "Pablo is the Ravenclaw prefect."

Gryffindor Common Room.
"Oh, Harry, you'll definitely receive an invitation directly," Ron said. "You've already received the prophecy from Lane Welsh."
"What he said, that he sent out invitations based on some of his impressions, actually refers to the students he predicted would achieve something."
"I definitely don't have a chance..."
He looked dejected: "I couldn't believe I even got into Gryffindor. How could I possibly have received an invitation?"
"Our little Ronnie (Ron's nickname), you have to believe me, the great Prefect Percy is so prestigious that he can get an invitation for his brother."
Percy blushed. "George! A prefect isn't a tool for personal gain!"
"I'm Fred, Percy."
"I am George."
The Weasley twins chimed in, "No way, Prefect Percy really thinks he has some influence with Mr. Lane to get an invitation?"
"No, no, no, George, it's Prefect Percy who thinks that prefect is a very important position, especially for those who are not prefects."
Harry watched the Weasleys' conversation from a corner.
"Joining the Adventurers' Club is obviously a good way to learn..." Hermione Granger muttered to herself.
But she seemed a little anxious, and her tone was also a little urgent. She kept repeating the spell she had read in the book, as if only in this way could she have the confidence to sleep well tonight and the courage to see the notice tomorrow.
Even after she returned to the girls' dormitory and lay in bed, she still couldn't fall asleep, tossing and turning.
.........
Slytherin.
"Crawb, do you really think a noble pureblood needs to join an orphan's, a mudblood's club?" Malfoy raised an eyebrow.
"I...I..."
"Gore, what do you think?" Malfoy asked.
"Ryan is quite famous," Gore mumbled, picking up a pastry and stuffing it into his mouth.
Malfoy scoffed: "Back when he was in first year, if it weren't for Dumbledore protecting him, my father would have expelled him long ago, and might even have sent him to Azkaban."
These words drew praise from many Slytherins.
In recent years, they have really had enough of the feeling of a Mudblood orphan riding on their heads. What's even more infuriating is Ryan's indifference to their bloodline and his seemingly indifferent pity for them!
When young wizards from other houses encounter Slytherin young wizards, some feel disgust and others fear. To the Slytherins, this is seen as reverence for their bloodline and their family.
But Ryan didn't.
Every time Ryan saw them, it was the same as when he saw other wizards from the academy; it was as if they were no different!
How can this be!
How can noble purebloods be treated like other scum!
"Well done, Malfoys!"
"The pureblood leaders! The Malfoy family!"
The little snakes were extremely excited, as if they had accomplished some great victory.
............
Hufflepuff.
The Hufflepuffs got some food from the nearby college kitchen, gathered in a circle, and agreed that since things had come to this, they should eat something first.
After eating, the little badgers decided to go to sleep. They would deal with tomorrow's problems tomorrow, since they got along well with Ryan anyway.
It doesn't matter if they fail the assessment. At worst, a few students who want to join the club can block Ryan in the kitchen every day and make him teach them a lesson.
They're all friends from Night Kitchen, how could Ryan possibly forget them?
Many Hufflepuff students who encountered Ryan in the kitchen can relate to this, as many prophecies were given to them by Ryan after they bumped into him in the kitchen.
Even the loyal, honest, and gentle Hufflepuff enjoys being surrounded by people.
Therefore, Ryan's reputation among the Hufflepuffs is second only to Ravenclaw.
...........
Adventurers' Club headquarters.
Ryan is doing the final adjustments.
As for the claim that going out at night violates school rules?
How can someone who doesn't break school rules dare to call themselves an outstanding student at Hogwarts?
In other words, the education at Hogwarts is getting worse with each generation. Both the "older students" and the "dark wizards" say that if a first-year student at Hogwarts cannot skillfully use Avada Kedavra to kill people on the way to class, or cannot go to the Forbidden Forest to commit massacres, then he is not a qualified Azkaban.
Therefore, he felt no guilt about it, since rules are meant to be broken.
At most, add an illusion spell to make Filch think there's no one in the room.
"Some people might be struggling with my evaluation criteria... and some might even want to stay up all night reviewing what they've learned."
As he cast the spell, he muttered to himself, "Actually, the answer was given to them from the very beginning."
"I wonder how many people will be able to figure it out in tomorrow's assessment..."
