Chapter 195 Capturing Caesar

Looking at Luo Xia's determined eyes, Kuzan shook his head helplessly, "Let me think about it some more."

Just then, the sounds of battle inside the research institute abruptly ceased.

All eyes turned to the hole that had been blasted open in the research institute.

Luffy was seen carrying Caesar, who had been beaten black and blue, out of the room, followed by Zoro and the Marines led by Smoker.

Luffy grinned when he saw Rorschach and the others, "Grandpa, we won!"

Luo Xia smiled and nodded. "Well done."

Smoker stepped forward, coughed twice, and said, "Indeed, it is true."

Luo Xia waved his hand, "Since this bastard has been caught, there's no need for him to stay here."

Garp stood up and stretched his limbs. "It's finally going to end. I'm so bored."

Kuzan watched this scene, lost in thought.

He turned to Rorschach and said, "Maybe I can try joining you for a while and see how it goes."

Rorschach was overjoyed. "Welcome, welcome! I'm sure you won't regret this decision."

Rorschach flipped his wrist, and a pair of seastone handcuffs appeared in his hand. Rorschach controlled the seastone handcuffs to cuff Caesar, who was beaten into a pig.

After resolving this potential hazard, Luo Xia looked up at the group of somewhat reserved children standing in the middle of the crowd.

"Kids... kids, don't be so nervous. We are the navy. You are saved now. You will never have to take those awful medicines again."

Before the children could answer, Luo Xia turned to them and asked, "Can the warship carry all these children?"

"can!"

Rorschach snapped his fingers. "That works."

So everyone led the children toward the warship.

Along the way, the children looked curiously at the naval soldiers and Straw Hat crew members around them.

Some children quietly approached Luffy, wanting to tug at his rubber arm.

After Luffy noticed this, he deliberately stretched out his arm to make the children laugh.

After boarding the warship, chef Sanji quickly prepared delicious food for the children.

The children's eyes were filled with surprise as they tasted the real food.

Kuzan looked at the harmonious scene and a slight smile appeared on his lips.

Even while chained, Caesar remained defiant, boasting about his great inventions.

Rorschach frowned slightly upon hearing Caesar's harsh voice, then slowly sat down in front of Caesar, holding a piece of meat still attached to the bone in his hand.

Upon seeing this, Caesar turned green with rage.

"Damn Navy, do you know who's backing me?"

“If you arrest me, you’ll be in big trouble. I advise you to release me now to avoid making things worse for yourselves.”

Caesar's words were immediately heard by the people at the banquet.

Smoker approached Rorschach with a serious expression. "What happened?"

Luo Xia waved his hand, "It's alright, this guy needs to be taught a lesson, don't worry, I'll definitely conquer him."

After Smoker left, Rorschach leaned close to Caesar's ear and said, "Isn't the Joker and Kaido right behind you?"

"And we even drove Kaido away!"

Caesar curled his lip in disdain. "Hmph, you think a mere branch could drive Kaido away? Don't be ridiculous!"

Luo Xia shrugged helplessly, and with a flick of his wrist, a newspaper appeared in his hand.

"Open your eyes and take a look!"

The front page of the newspaper featured a photo of Garpna punching Kaido's face askew with tremendous force.

Sometimes Rorschach had to admire that clumsy bird; it could get firsthand information about what was happening in the world and send it out.

Luo Xia sneered, "See? Useless scientist?"

Caesar did not speak, but instead began to tremble all over. For the first time, fear appeared on his face, which looked as if it had been painted white, and a few tears rolled down his cheeks.

They looked terrified.

Rorschach sat quietly in front of Caesar for what seemed like an eternity, perhaps a minute, before Caesar looked up and said, "Please spare me. I am a scientist."

"Even Kaido is cooperating with me."

"All we want is funding and a laboratory; we don't need anything else."

Rorschach stared at Caesar's serious yet comical face, then suddenly chuckled, "Hahahaha."

Caesar's fawning smile vanished, and he glared at Rorschach with a serious expression. "What do you mean by this? I'm a genius scientist."

Luo Xia paused, his hand clutching his stomach, and the smile on his face vanished.

Without turning his head, Rorschach snapped his fingers.

The next second, the marines who were drinking and eating meat stopped what they were doing, lined up and stood towards Rorschach, their expressions extremely serious.

Rorschach nodded and ordered the soldiers, "Let this useless scientist see what you're capable of!"

"Yes, boss!"

Caesar frowned, but still looked over.

Suddenly, the thirty-odd marines unleashed bursts of power, and in the blink of an eye, the thirty-odd thunderbirds, fire phoenixes, or candle dragons had transformed.

Because they were all afraid of damaging the warship, they were all floating in the air.
